What to track
- Exercise, sets, reps and weight for each session
- Rest periods where relevant
- How the session felt (1–10 energy/effort)
Progressive overload
The principle that drives progress: gradually increase weight, reps or sets over time. Even adding one rep per session represents progress. Your log reveals when you are ready to progress.
