Are your printables really free?
Yes — every printable on this site is completely free to download and print at home. There is no sign-up, no email required and no hidden cost.
What size should I print on?
All our printables are formatted for standard A4 paper. Most printables also work fine on US Letter with a "fit to page" print setting, though text may sit slightly differently.
Can I edit the printables?
Most printables are designed to be printed and filled in by hand. A small number have an editable version — this is noted on the individual printable's page where available.
Can I use these for my business or resell them?
No — our printables are free for personal, non-commercial use only. Please don't resell, redistribute or repackage the files themselves.
Downloading and printing
My download isn't working — what should I do?
Try opening the download link in a different browser, or right-click and choose "Save link as" to download the PDF directly. If the problem continues, use our contact page and let us know which printable it was.
Why is my print coming out the wrong size?
Make sure your printer's page size is set to A4 and scaling is set to "100%" or "Actual Size" rather than "Fit to page" — the "fit" setting can shrink or crop the printable unexpectedly.
Do I need special software to open the PDFs?
No — any standard PDF reader works, including the one built into your web browser. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free if you'd prefer a dedicated app.
