Frequently asked questions

What should you keep in your gym bag?
The essentials are trainers, your kit (top, shorts or leggings, fresh socks), a water bottle and a small towel to wipe down equipment. Add headphones, a post-workout snack or shaker, and any training extras you use (straps, a belt, lifting gloves). If you shower at the gym, keep a towel, mini toiletries, flip-flops, deodorant and a clean change of clothes packed too. The trick to actually turning up is to restock the bag straight after each session and pack it the night before — the biggest barrier to training is rarely the workout, it's the faff of getting ready.
Is it really free?
Yes — no email, no sign-up.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes — print as many copies as you need.
