Frequently asked questions

What is the 'big rocks' approach to weekly planning?
From Stephen Covey: if you fill a jar with sand first, the big rocks won't fit; if you put the big rocks in first, the sand fills the gaps around them. Applied to work: schedule the most important, high-value tasks first (the big rocks), then let the smaller reactive tasks (the sand) fill the remaining time. Planning the big rocks before the week starts prevents them being crowded out by urgent-but-unimportant tasks.
Is it really free?
Yes — no email, no sign-up.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes — print as many copies as you need.
