Frequently asked questions

What is the worry tree and how does it help?
The worry tree is a simple CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) decision tool. It asks two questions: is this a real problem or a hypothetical 'what if'? And if it's real, can I do anything about it? If the worry is hypothetical or out of your control, the tool guides you to notice and release it rather than ruminate. If it's a real, solvable problem, it directs you to action — either now or scheduled. It breaks the cycle of unproductive worrying. For persistent anxiety, NHS Talking Therapies offer self-referral; speak to your GP.
Is it really free?
Yes — no email, no sign-up.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes — print as many copies as you need.
