Frequently asked questions

How do you set study goals that actually work?
Make them specific and tie each goal to a habit, not just an outcome. 'Get a 7 in maths' is an outcome you don't directly control; 'do 30 minutes of maths past papers three times a week' is a habit you do control and that produces the outcome. Identify what's held you back before (distraction, leaving it too late, weak topics avoided) and plan around it. Review progress regularly, and build in a reward — sustainable motivation beats willpower alone.
Is it really free?
Yes — no email, no sign-up.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes — print as many copies as you need.
