Frequently asked questions

How do you plan a timeline for a party?
Work backwards from the key moments. Decide when the main events happen — food served, speeches, cake, games — then build the rest of the day around them, allowing a buffer for guests arriving late and things overrunning (they always do). A loose structure is the goal, not a minute-by-minute schedule: a typical flow is setup and getting ready, arrivals with welcome drinks, a settling-in period of mingling, the main event, then a wind-down with coffee and slower music as people head off. Share the cue times (cake out, speeches) with anyone helping. Most importantly, leave yourself space to actually enjoy your own party rather than running it like a stopwatch.
Is it really free?
Yes — no email, no sign-up.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes — print as many copies as you need.
