Frequently asked questions

How much water do adults need per day?
NHS recommends 6–8 glasses (about 1.5–2 litres) per day. Needs increase with exercise, hot weather and illness. A good test: pale straw-yellow urine indicates adequate hydration. Dark yellow or amber suggests dehydration. Most people are mildly dehydrated throughout the day without realising it.
Is it really free?
Yes — no email, no sign-up.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes — print as many copies as you need.
