18 months before

12 months before

Book the photographer (the best ones fill fastest). Book the florist. Send save the dates. Book the band or DJ. Start dress and suit shopping.

6 months before

Send invitations. Book the caterer if separate from venue. Book the cake. Plan the honeymoon. Arrange accommodation for guests if needed.

3 months before

Finalise the menu. Chase RSVPs and complete the guest list. Confirm all supplier bookings. Plan the wedding day timeline. Order wedding signs and stationery.
