Traditional Irish party food: soda bread with butter, lamb or beef stew, colcannon (mashed potato with cabbage), and of course some good sausages. For a simpler spread: a cheese board with Irish cheddar, smoked salmon blinis, and a decent selection of crisps. Finish with Bailey's cheesecake or an Irish cream trifle.
Drinks
