1. Edit the template
Open the downloaded PDF in a free editor — Adobe Acrobat online, Canva or Apple Preview all work well. Edit the name, dates, and service details. Check spelling carefully before printing.
2. Choose your card
250gsm matte card is the right choice — it feels substantial, prints cleanly, and folds without cracking. Ivory or soft white tones are more fitting than bright white.
3. Print settings
Set your printer to high quality and actual size (not 'fit to page'). Use the rear manual feed for thick card — it goes straight through without bending. Print a test copy on plain paper first.
4. Fold and check
Fold each sheet in half to create the A5 booklet. Check that pages fall in the right order before printing the full run.
