A habit tracker is a simple tool: you list the habits you want to build, then mark off each day you complete them. The visual record of your streak makes it harder to break.
Each row is a habit. Each column (or week) is a day. Tick or cross off each box when you complete the habit that day. At the end of the month, you can see your completion rate at a glance.
Pick 2-3 habits to start. Adding too many at once makes it hard to sustain any of them. Once a habit becomes automatic (usually 4-6 weeks), you can add another.
The best habits to track are those you want to do daily and can measure clearly: exercise, reading, water intake, sleep time, journaling. Vague habits ('be healthier') do not track well.
