Frequently asked questions

Why track measurements instead of just weight?
Because the scale alone can be misleading and demotivating. When building muscle while losing fat, weight may stay the same or even rise while the body visibly changes — the tape measure captures this when the scale doesn't. Measurements, progress photos and how clothes fit together give a far more accurate picture of body composition change than weight alone. If weight or body image feels distressing, please speak to your GP — support is available. This is general information, not medical advice.
Is it really free?
